Survivor Advocacy
A trained advocate is available 24 hours a day, 365 days/year to assist sexual violence survivors through our telephone hotline and hospital accompaniment services.
Pickens County Advocacy Center provides 24 hour anonymous hotline services. You can reach a trained victim advocate by calling our office number 864.442.5500. After regular business hours, your call will be transferred to our on-call victim advocate. Survivors, friends, and family members may use this hotline to receive information regarding reporting options, PCAC services, and other community referrals.
The Fourth R is a comprehensive school-based prevention program based on extensive research. It applies best-practice approaches to building skills and reducing harm among adolescents.

Community Outreach
We provide community outreach by speaking at career fairs, health fairs, classrooms, businesses, church groups, and other community organizations regarding our agency’s direct services with survivors of sexual violence.
Pickens County Advocacy Center provides Darkness To Light’s Stewards of Children training to adults in the community to recognize the signs of child sexual abuse and ways to prevent child sexual abuse in the community.
